The Hewitt Best Employers in ANZ study, sponsored by AFR BOSS magazine and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), is the largest employee research project and market practice audit in Australia and New Zealand. The 2008 study will mark the 7th year, providing a
definitive benchmark for participants to measure their effectiveness in providing a workplace that engages the intellectual and emotional commitment of their employees and that delivers value through people.
Hewitt's Best Employers research identifies those organisations whose people
practices distinguish them as outstanding places to work. Hewitt undertakes similar research in numerous countries around the world including Asia, Canada, Europe and Latin America.
The Hewitt Best Employers in ANZ study launched in January 2008 with surveying between 21 April and 20 June 2008. The results will be published in AFR BOSS Magazine on Friday 12 September 2008.
At Hewitt we believe the findings of your Engagement study are the foundation on which to build your future successes. Whilst we can provide you with in-depth insights into your Engagement data, we can also provide you with the advice and tools to improve your levels
