Podiatry (foot care) – set benefits are payable for specific services;
Maximum benefit $250 per person each benefit year.

Surgical podiatry services covered for all. For MSP beneficiaries receiving premium assistance, MSP pays $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year for the following services:
chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy, non-surgical podiatry and acupuncture.

Podiatrist services may be covered if rendered in an office, institution or home to an annual maximum of $135 (initial visit $16.40, subsequent visit $11.45, x-rays $30).

Not all podiatrists/chiropodists are insured under OHIP-individuals must consult with OHIP prior to receiving services to ensure the services they are receiving are OHIP approved.
